It bites this happened. I was washing my car today when I found out that a rock or something had punched a hole in my fog light. The fog light still work for now. But I am looking to get it replaced. Does anyone know where I could get one?.... Or if anyone has one to sell? If I can't find out I may have to just switch it with my mom's from her outback. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: Hopefully I won't have to do that. So any help locating one what be great. Thanks.

The rocks vs. foglight is very common. The fog never wins For a new foglight you'd be looking at 125.00. My personal recommendation? Go to Rallylights.com and check out a set of Hella FF1000 driving lights. A set of 2 would be right around 125 with the WRX mounting brackets last I checked, and you'd have a serious light upgrade. I'll be doing the same thing before winter so I can have a decent set of driving lights up front.
Get some rockblocker too, I think its like 15 bucks for two pieces for your fogs. Much better than spending 125+ dollars for new fogs.
Or you can do like I did and get the STI mesh fog light covers. The STI covers are 178.46 or you can get the imitations on Ebay for 60.00 or so. You can paint them to match, I went to Welle Auto Supply for the paint, they mix up an aerosol spray can for you that's color matched to your paint, I had a midnight black pearl 02 RS and the color was spot on. They also matched my sedona red really well too. It's around 20.00 for paint. Good luck!
Thanks for the ideas guys. I had already been thinking about getting some mesh fog light covers anyways. Now I have to get some new fog lights first. :? I'm thinking I may just use the one off of my mom's outback since she doesn't use her fog lights anyways. i just have to see if they have the same mounting.
FYI, the part numbers do show as being different for the two, so they may not be interchangeable. Probably a difference in the mounting brackets.
