Street Tuner Challenge with the Skyline - tonight at 6:30pm

Never noticed this on before, but on the "Speed Channel" at 6:30pm, there's a Street Tuner Challenge series on. It's on channel 150 - DishTV, not sure about cable.

 

I just got Dish network last weekend. I saw this show for the first time a couple days ago. It was ok, better than some of the other "Tuner" shows, but that doesn't say too much.

In the episode I saw, they were working on the engine in the jetta. They installed a CAI and after they were all done, the were like "after installing it we realized it wasn't gonna give us the horsepower we're looking for, so we took it off and decided to install a turbo".... :roll:

Maybe it's not always that stupid.

But hey, they painted the skyline WRB!!!!

 

Same show... so they got the turbo and then they discovered it was too large to fit anywhere. Next show, smaller turbo. And the other car they decided they needed a better dashboard? Ok, I guess I have to be a tuner to understand how that mod is going to help performance.

 

the best mod for a skyline is a plasma cutter and for sale sign.

 

I'm sure the lighter weight will help get the most out of the the 5hp vinyl that will inevitably go on.
