Looks kind of nice. Not sure I like the big lettering on the back, but the dark colors with blue stitching is attractive. Not sure it's worth almost $120, but it looks like it would be decent. What do you guys think? Or perhaps wearing one is too fan-boyish?
I wish they made more Subaru "only" branded stuff, rather than pull the rally side in all the time on the usually cool stuff. I get that it's kinda hand in hand, but I prefer it be plain I guess.
Now this would be fan boy-ish. http://www.subarugear.com/ProductDetail.aspx?did=22115&pid=205277&logoid=0 http://www.subarugear.com/ProductDetail.aspx?did=22115&pid=201661&logoid=0
A pillow case and shower curtain? Wow. As a kid in high school and college, I was head over heels in love with the WRX and had everything from RC models to posters, and even owned pretty much ever variant of the car in Gran Turismo on the PS2 and PS3, but I never thought of a pillow case or shower curtain. I did order the jacket and a t-shirt. Guess that would be one way I can be identified if I come out to a weekly meet at Stouts.
Even with as prevalent as NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB fan gear is, I still feel like a dork wearing clothing that is car/racing related. Not sure why.
Back in the 90s there was that Starter jacket craze with all the kids at school. I was never a pro sports fan and thus, was not cool enough to have a jacket. Instead, I had a nice warm down parka when all the other kids were freezing, but cool.
I know the feeling. Almost every time I wear my grey Subaru polo shirt some asshat calls me Ken Block.
But speaking of fanboi stuff, my worst offense is this pair of Puma driving shoes in Subaru colors (which actually are pretty good). My sister constantly gives me grief over them.
Those shoes look nice. I'd wear those. Ha! I could get those and wear them with the rally jacket to make up for my lack of a Starter jacket.
