Drove back from Mankato today after the birth of my newest Grand son. Lots of Subies on the road. The roads were wet and greasy. Symmetrical AWD always wins. Not a new experience, just thankful for my Subaru's.
I hear ya brother! Last night was a blast tooling around the cities. And congratulations on the new grandson!!!!
The wife and I drove to and from downtown Mpls last night, had dinner with some friends at the Oceanaire. The drive back to Hudson was fun, but some people need to stay home when the snow is falling.
This. Average speeds were 1/2 of posted on a lot of highways. Nervous people make me nervous on the road. I'd rather have them moving too slow than too fast. That said, there were a few folks that tested my patience doing 25-35 in a 70 with a 2 mile line of cars behind them (tests which I passed, but still).
Drive in to work today was excellent. Working later in the morning missing the rush hour traffic is so worth it.
Want more snow, this any car, fwd or rwd with all seasons can handle but congratulations on your new grandson
I'm with you on this one! I was bombing around and made it up to your place and back without a time of scariness. Congrats again on the new grand baby!
