Subaru STi injector clips??

    Hey everyone....I'm new to the forums and basically I just wanted to ask anyone who owns a STi who might know. But I have a friend who is willing to give me an engine (KA24de from a 240sx) if I would be able to find him some Subaru STi injector clips. Now I don't know anything about STi but I think he said something like eg20 or ej20. Now can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks guys!

    USDM STI or JDM STI?? One injector is a side feed and the other injector is a top feed.

    Ok, it's tough to tell from looking at it, but going by what I know about USDM EJ20 injectors, it doesn't look like they'd fit in there. There isn't hardly any room above the electrical connection. So I'd venture to guess that he needs USDM sidefeeds...again, don't quote me on that. You might want to ask him to take a picture of his injectors so we can compare them.

    Also, I don't know if the fuel rail is different for different years of the KA24DE. Mine is a 2000 Altima. Try to get a pic of the injectors he is using.

    Yeah, that's right...he is going to swap in his SR20 and give me the KA24 that's in there right now, but in order for his SR to work, he says he need EJ20 injectors.

    my cousin has my stock sti injectors.
    he has the sr20det.

    i gave him the clips that shipped with the pe850's

    i dont think any of the perrin mod guys will have them.
    you may need to ask folks that have done helix, pe, or ur injector swaps.

    Where do you think I should start looking?? Cause this is the 4th forum I was referred to. I just really need to get these clips so I can get this "show on the road"

    maybe call up a few shops and see if they have clips laying around.
    or go on nasioc and post up a, "Looking for clips" post.

    conversly you could buy a set of 850's, take the clips and sell the injectors off to someone with an STI. (fully disclosing the absence of the clips.)

    mzm might have them too, i think i remember them custom building denzo injector sets back before anyone else could get them in.
