i'm new to the forum, as i'm sure you'll probably figure out real quick, but i'm looking into getting myself a WRX...i noticed on Subaru's site they have something about a college financing program...wondering if you know anything about it or have possibly taken advantage of the option. i tried to dig up some more info, but was unsuccessful.
    thanks

    Welcome to the forum!

There is a few of the subaru dealers on this board that I'm sure would be more then willing to help you with your questions. Hopefully they chime in.

Not too sure if Subaru does this...I know Hyundai has a recent graduate financing program.

They did back when I bought my '04. IIRC, what it amounted to was guaranteed financing at their best promotional rates at the time and getting the car for around dealer invoice. No haggling was involved which made things nice.

It can't hurt to go in and ask, at least you can get a free spin in a car you like

was there anything with student loan style payment...for example, the rate is solid but the payments are lower when you're in school and then the payments go up after graduation?...

I don't know about that, but I highly doubt it, especially with today's financial climate and the banks' lack of willingness to give out semi-risky loans like that.
