My buddy used to have one and I love it. I'd love to do a 5mt swap eventually if I got it, but is there a temporary/easy fix for that tranny issue? The tranny just went out in my truck, and I need something to drive in the mean time... Prolly not good having two vehicles with tranny issues at the same time...
not really to be honest... you could get a different tranny/diff but that would be the easiest "fix" the torque on them does the trannys in. also want to check for wheel bearings and brakes as the weight of the car really demolishes these as well.
hmmmnnn, maybe not the best idea for me to buy this then... In any case though, prolly a good buy for somebody here!
flagged for removal.....hmmmmm if you're interested in an SVX. Jason over at Options Auto in Duluth just bought an SVX that was on craigslist with a blown tranny. he put in a rebuilt one and will be reselling it.....should go for less than $3k, and is in pretty good shape.
