I was wondering what the other coolant input in the block on the 257 is for ? My ej20 only has the one over by the turbo ! So I am a bit confused, If you can help me out let me know?

I cut my L fitting and put QuickSteel puddy in it and put it back on. This is on my EJ22T though. The WRX radiator pipe didn't clear it so that's what I did to it.
