I stand corrected the picture being that quality makes them look different but upon further look they are stock. Visual illusion I guess.
I made the connection as soon as I saw the pictures... but it still was balls... and yes I was also gonna say something about the 'flares' cough cough stock guards... but couldnt be bothered wasting more effort in here..
Title fixed, threads relating to OP failed topic title deleted. Let's keep the talk about the trucks.
Am I missing something really awesome...or am I just seeing a bunch of lifted Tacomas with bigger wheels/tires on them?
10 minutes ago this thread was 3 pages of off topic mumble jumble, now its just about trucks. on-topic: taco's are fun:biggrin:
For the love of god. Stop putting an apostrophe in there. The tacomas don't own anything. Therefore they don't use an apostrophe!
noob settings lol... There was some valuable information in the Taco posts... I guess I got excited since tacos are my favorite food. hahaha Nothing to add about Tacomas though.
I'm going to Chipotle now to get some tacos. I hope there are no godforesaken Tacomas double parked there.
that dark blue one with the Ontario plates looks really cool. that would be a cool color on my old legacy.
i used to have a tacoma...turboed it with a t3t4...but the engine management didn't do so well with the ecu....went back to stock but it was super fun to drive with all that power!
toyota these days don't like and tuneing what so ever. excluding the tc with correct mods. all those tacos are stock i believe only one has aftermarket wheels.
Since we are talking about Toyota trucks. I have owned more of them than I care to count. Tacomas included, loved them all. My current fav: more info found here: http://www.nihoncar.com/en/news_details.php?id=1018
^^ Good god! :eek3::eek3: That looks like fun, until someone gets hurt! Love the cracking snow drift...
the funniest thing about that video is you have a truck that climbs an 8ft snow bank and the have planks of wood so it can get into a 3in rise into a container...
Hilux is tacoma's twin outside US market. Interestingly 4Runner is also known as Hilux in some part of the world. I bet you guys have seen the top gear crew conquering the pole with the Hilux 3.0 4 cylinder diesel.
I swear they sound like diesels in that video. I wish. I'd drive one. I can just picture the looks I'd get on 35w.
