I have 9 months left on my T-Mobile contract. It's 39.99 a month for 600 anytime minutes, free nights and weekends (nights start at 9pm), national long distance, roaming, etc, etc. I'll give you my Motorola RAZR V3T and 75 dollars cash. There's no activation charages or hidden fees. You just need to pass T-mobiles credit check. When January comes you can stay with T-Mobile or go somewhere else with no worries of early termination fees. I also have the Motorla phone tools CD somewhere. Free with the phone/contract.
I bet you could sell your RAZR and add that 75$ and a little more cash and you could end your contract. Isn't it like $200 to end it?
I know. Doing it this way passes along a deal to someone else though. I'm leaving for BIR tomorrow afternoon. If it's not transfered by then I'll take the ETF. No unlimited texting. I do have the 400 text option right now though. It's something like 4 bucks a month. That option can be kept or taken off by the new owner.
