So...there's this guy in New Mexico that has an RX tranny and matching diff that I want. it'll probably have to be shipped freight.

I have no experience in how this works...anyone have any info/suggestions?? have a dock I could pick it up at?

Well just to get an idea, I'm in the process of ordering an Ej20 engine from California, and shipping to minnetonka for freight was 165 bucks, and its gonna get here in 4-6 days. But I did an estimate on UPS.com and they said it would be anywhere from 900-1200 bucks, haha so boo UPS I guess, just some numbers from my experience. Good luck!

Try Forward Air or DHL or FedEx Freight.

I used Forward Air to ship a shifter kart from Colorado to San Diego and it was 100 bucks.

my best suggestion is have a company that has a lift gate.. or you will be busting your arse lifting it out of the delivery truck.. and most the times the drivers wont help...

any of those guys will do a good job.
if you dont have a dock, do what wrxbox suggested and get a liftgate.
