most of us are getting a hefty tax return that we are going to use for splurging on our subaru. what are we all planning to get?

    here's my list:
    cusco front lip
    HKS carbon rear diffuser
    tein H-techs
    20% window tint
    and a trunk monkey

Joe, only if you're willing to provide the BOV and maybe the IC brackets into the sale. :D

Erik, do you mean the OEM y-pipe that sits under the IC? I have a GPMoto y-pipe installed already. Let me know if you want it or if you meant something else.

Haha, I got 95 bucks back in my tax return. I guess that's good because it means I claimed just the right amount on my W4's. I thought owning a house was supposed to help. :( Oh well, maybe next year.

^ 95 bux can actually go a long way with mods. your car is pretty moded, so i'm sure you know. but to those that are newer to the game. 95 bux can get you stuff this lot (as an example):

    pink impreza I badge ($17)
ebay greddy knock-off catch can ($27)
ebay front strut tower bar ($25)
a grounding kit for your engine bay ($15)
    a trunk monkey! ($10)

1300 for her engagement ring and about 1200 for the wedding ring. Reception is looking to be about 3k, pics about 3k, music 500. We have been making payments monthly so we do not have a lot to pay out whe the day comes around.

jeez, now I don't want to talk about how much my wedding is costing me...

Let me just put it this way, I had an easier time figuring out how to pay a 20% downpayment on my house.

I have some tax return money coming, bu I try to never dump it all into my car, too many other important things that need to be done with it first. I need to dump all my fiancee's money into her car though, her mini needs a new paintjob and suspension before too long. We converted it into an "S" stis winter now she wants it to be absolutely perfect. There goes her 5 grand or so...

    wedding cost

Its kind of sad but I (we) didnt have a pot to piss in when we got married and no parental help...did our entire wedding and reception and ring for............$1100. And no this was not when milk was a nickel a gallon and bread was two cents, this was 1986! I was able to afford the diamond 1 1/2 years later. Best of Luck to you on the upcoming ceremony. Really! Too further make this even more sad, our cars at that time were, a 78 mustang II and a 76 Granada Coupe!

ROFL, I think our wedding cost about 1100 too. We made centerpieces for the reception out of those little clear plastic drain pans you put under potted plants, filled them with candy and tied a helium balloon to the middle. Cost us about 2 dollars per table.

my tax returns are paying for some goodies...I already have the turbo, inlet, bov, and intake. Tax returns will buy me a catch can, fuel pump, inject0rz, ebc, and 200 bucks for getting my exhaust manifold done. Also adding FMIC. All should be good to go for Dyno Day with Jorge!!!

The stock MAF is useless beyond 21.75psi. So to boost above that amount he needs an EBC to control it.

I am using my tax return to get a town-house with the girlfriend when she gets back from San Diego, well the tax return, and more saving!!! I am gonna sell my exhaust, and make the car a bit quieter with something else.
