TD04 oil feed line upgrade.

Im going to be upgrading my turbo from a td04 to vf48. my td04 oil feed line has rust or corrosion on it so i figured i would upgrade to braided ss line. I have done a little research but Im just not 100% on it. what i have figured is blouch feed line will not work... i think. so next option is to go to pirtek and have them build me one. 11.5in / 30cm braided ss oil feed line, 10mm banjo bolt to turbo, and 12mm banjo bolt to engine oil supply side. does this sound right?

 

He braided lines they sell on the net for vf39 and td04 should work fine for your setup as well.

 

i figured if i can get it local i can have it the same day and not wait for shipping plus i would think it would be the same price or cheaper after shipping charges. looking for someone to comfirm my findings. maybe dealership can confirm it?

they dont show anything for wrx. they have sti. even the sti section does not show oil feed lines. im guessing ill have to call them.

 

If not, pirtek can probably make u one

 

should i be worried about the banjo bolts? or do you think they will be just fine with them?

 

i was thinking banjo bolt filter. nevermind...
