no, you're not going to be fine. In fact, you're going to be much more likely to be killed.


Harnesses are not intended as a replacement for having an airbag. They aren't street legal. They make it so that if you car flips in any position you will be trapped and highly increase the chances of being crushed or breaking your neck by holding you upright in your seat.

if you don't race you absolutely do not need them. I would strongly advise against using a detachable race steering wheel on street car as well without any good reason other than liking the way it looks.

 

bingo, harnesses are designed for cars/trucks that have roll bars/saftey bars installed as well.

Hey... I run a airbag less wheel in my wagon right now. It is there for the soul purpose of NOT having my airbags deploy. Maybe it's just me, but I would rather deal with a crunched front bumper, FMIC, hood, fenders, lights, radiator, and a bruised chest....than all of those added to a broken nose.

my DD in the states has an airbag, but for anything where I will be driving at 8-9/10 Nardi Classic in black perf leather with red stitch thank you!!
