FS: 17x8 Gold Rota Boost Wheels OK, Seasons ending for autocross here this week, and i'm thinking it's time to sell the Boosts and get something lighter. i LOVE these wheels, and i think they just look hot on just about any subaru... They're 17"x8" wide, allowing you to fit some pretty beefy tires on them. i've personally been running 245s on them since the day i got them. They have a +48 offset so they're gentle on bearings and fit just right in the wells, and they clear the STI Brembos. They'll probably come with some 235/40-17 Yokohama Advan AD07 that are near the end of their life, assuming i can get them mounted this week. No curb rash, a little bit of scratching, but they're wheels, that **** happens. i'm not in a hurry to sell them, as i do have storage lined up all winter, and right now i'm just taking offers. -Shane
These wheels are 700 shipped to your door brand new, 600 is alittle too much for used wheels with scratches on them imo. And there alittle over 20lbs each.
I'm not about to hold out for 600, but it's a "Starting Price" for everyone who is whining about there being no price. MAKE OFFERS PEOPLE
i will when i get them... if i get them. they're multiple run autocross tires, that were disposed of by a competing team. i can promisue you that they will not last very long.
Ok, in all honesty, i'm looking for $500. They'll come with the tires, i won't dismount them for you because i have no use for them, but i can point you to a person who can mount and balance your new tires for cheap. They will clear most BBK kits and the Brembos on an 04 STI. they are still on the car at this point, and will be coming off in the process of the next 2 weeks when i remove the coil overs and winterize the car. Once they are off the car, they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis These are my terms gentlemen.
Ok. Wheels are now off the car and ready for immediate pick-up. Sorry it took so long, but life's been crazy for me for the past few weeks.
Don't have any of the rim it's self right now... Digital camera was finally found last night and the batteries are dead. if they don't sell in the next day or so, i'll try and take some pictures, but there seemed to be plenty of people interested in them, pictures or not, for winter usage on an STI.
Just putting this out there, I have a set of Rota Grid in the royal gunmetal/machined lip 17x7.5's with 225/45 17 Falken RT615 that I would trade you. Tires have 2-4/32 on them. Just a thought.
