So i got new dunlop sportmaxx tires....and now there is a golfball sized bulge growing on one of em. I'm not too happy with this. Does anyone know if there is a manufacturer warranty, or will i have to drop the cash for more rubber?
where did you get them? I bet there is manufacturer warranty. go to the place that you got them at and tell them what happend.
They came with the car when I bought it....not entirely sure where the previous owner had purchased them. I agree that there would be a warranty, but do u think that discount tire co. or somewhere like that could replace it?
huh, I'm confused here. You said you got new tires and somethings wrong with one of them, then you said it was on the car when you bought it? I'm lost. but anywais I'm pretty DISCOUNT TIRES will have a solution. Few months ago I went there for some kinda problem w/my car and they said they only deal problems with rims and tires ONLY.
Let me clear it up for ya ej20. I bought the car and when i bought the car the pre. owner had just thrown on the new tires, so they're new to the road. Thanks for the tip, i'm heading down to the discount right about now.
thats why they are named DISCOUNT TIRE... they dont do alignments (wierd for a tire store) or brakes or suspension... I was told bythe local store that we did all their alignments, brakes & suspension etc for that they technically werent supposed to even tell people that they needed brakes as they didnt have QUALIFIS technicians to make that sort of diagnosis... btop: Take it to Discount tire...they will work it out.. you may be in for some new tires or if it looks new enough and they stock them they may do a manufacturers warranty.. but they are a supplier not a manufacturer so I am doubtful they will eat the tire.... but then again they are pretty good with customer service...
