The Dark Knight!

ok so whos pumped for the new Batman movie to come out the "Dark Knight". I think a bunch of my friends are seeing it midnight on thursday should be a great movie!

 

Jack Nicholson will always be the Joker in my eyes .. but this new one looks like it could be worth seeing.

 

Now i'm confused on this movie... Did keith(joker) die before, after, or during the movie?

But yes this movie looks amazing... From the previews it seems to be about the joker more then batman

 

I used to read the batman comics .. Arkham FTW

 

I went so far as to watch the animated series well after I was of the age to do so.

 

The animated series was NOT BAD. It was a lot darker than most shows for kids were. And that movie "Mask of the Phantasm" should not have been for children.

Batman Beyond had potential, but it bombed. I loved the Animated series though.

I'm really looking forward to this. I like the direction Chistopher Nolan has taken the movie part of the franchise. The other movies were getting worse and worse (Ahnold as IceMan - come on!). Nicholson is a good actor, but I think Ledger's character will be totally different. Less cartoony, more crime drama =

 

Depends on which comics you read. He looks to fit more along the lines of a dark, gritty graphic novel villain than Nicholson did.
