Just got home from watching this flick... This movie is just awesome!!! I won't go into the plot and scene or lack there off to ruin the movie.

What's interesting is it's scary to think something like this can happen. My scientific opinion in this movie is I know global warming is real. I doubt the cataclysm will happen this way, I hope not. The special effects are on such a scale that it works despite some questionable flaws to the science in the movie.

The movie is halarious politically wise. I sense a major put down to the current Presidency and his staff. There's a scene where all the flights need to be grounded and the president asked the vice president, "What do you think we should do?" (DoH, George B. and Dick C. to the rescue) Reminds me of all the jokes they have about how dumb President Bush is.

The part I LMAO the most is when we the Americans become illegal immigrants in Mexico, LOL.

I recommend this movie. I give it a 3.5 out of 4 stars.

Yeah, they didn't have an axe to grind or anything...*rolleyes*

The special effects were fun, but it only takes about 5 minutes of reading from credible sources to know that there are a LOT of completely absurd things that happen in the movie.

We got some free tickets and I'm glad, because I would have felt ripped off paying for it.

i thought the movie was gay. weak plot and acting. the best scene by far would be the twisters in LA. other then that, the only thing good about the movie would be the special effects. but its just like anyother mother nature movie.
