I've been waiting for this day for so long and it's finally here.
I have reached the rank of well-known
This also happens to be my 5 year anniversary of being on this forum, which also means it's 5 years since I bought my first Subaru. Pretty confused by this because I'm pretty sure Ive been working on that car for at least a decade. Another random coincidence, within a week I'll be rolling away said Subaru. It has been completely stripped of parts.

That means you should be soon disposing of your last Subaru too and moving on to a different brand. And still come back here for years.

Now, THAT is an accurate statement. And I am living (soon to be dead) proof.

let's be real, most of the people still around don't have a WORKING Subaru anymore.

There's a big difference between owning one still, and having one that is fully functional/not broken.

If the prices of the Ascent come down enough that the wife is comfortable buying one, I’ll be back to a two fully functioning Subarus again too. Lol. As of now it’s Subaru and Chrysler:facepalm:

The battle for dependability supremacy at Josh's house.

It's as exciting as a cooking competition between a deaf, blind person and someone with no arms. Who comes out on top?

I understand and appreciate the lifestyle of living on the edge of frustration and financial ruin with cars.
