The fastest way..

    What is the fastest way from EP to Brooklyn Park @ 4pm weekdays? I am JW, cause im tried of traffic. THANKS in advance :jumpy:

    494 would probably be the fastest at least up to 55 where it goes to 2 lanes.

    other wise 100, that is 3 lanes most the way.

    if this is truly just on the weekends, even 169 should be pretty good.

    I live in Coon Rapids and worked in Chanhassen for like 2 years, and here is what I did.
    252 south to 94 to 394 west to 101 south right to dell road. It sound like a long route but it was 37 miles from my driveway to my parking spot, and with you in BP it's a few miles shorter. I tried every route i could think of and this was consistantly the best. Any thing else and it was just being stuck in freeway traffic the whole time.

    I google directions. IT showed 62 to 100, so ill do that when i leave, but 494 on the way here. THANKS!

    169 is my last choice. the road itself sucks and it is only 2 lanes.

    494 was just finished last summer so the road is smooth as butter.

    100 is kinda bumpy but they are rolly bumps not pot holes. there again at least it is 3 lanes also.

    I go from EP to Maple Grove everyday and on the way home (to MG) I take 494 to 55, then cut through plymouth. Some days it's a breeze while others it's bumper to bumper :(
