    I've been following the FT86 project pretty closely over the last few months. Pretty vague answers from subaru about the possibility of an STi model. The Top Gear Magazine drive of it quoted subaru as saying that there will not be a turbo version, as there isn't room under the hood. But then again, Cosworth put a turbo engine (probably EJ257) in one for the drift car.
