yea, ive been looking at minnetonka imports for a while. they seem sketchy..they sell perfect higher milage wrx's for really cheap it just seems real shady to me. but back on topic, nice nice car man i think she will really enjoi it!
yes it came from there. and they arent "perfect" no used car is no matter who owned it unless it sat in a garage from day one and was never driven. any used car will have flaws in some way or another and the guys at M.I. seemed pretty cool to me. we took the car on probably a 45 min test drive and through its paces and it didnt hiccup once no matter where we went. it could use some snow rubbas, has a little dent and a few lil scrapes but its MINOR crap that can be fixed for CHEAP. payin what we did and fixing a few things will be far cheaper then buyin some of the others out there. we'll even have $ left over for summer rims/tires, tbe, ap, gauges or whatever we want without hitting the prices of some comparable ones. she's PUURRRTTY and makes me wanna trade my truck for a dd sti or limited.

Drew (blackzpremacy) let me take his 300zx to pick her up one night when she got done with work for a little shindig we were having and the vg30dett made her smile. I still wish i would've bought that car too. Yeah i love the white too. If i hadn't found my yellow for what i did, i was hunting for a white. Thank you! Yes, Florida car 1 owner, no claims against it ever. No accidents or anything. It made the deal that much sweeter! I always smell the carpet of a used car, especially a southern one after katrina, and do so in the places that aren't easily reached by a wet dry vac incase it was a flood car and was cleaned the lazy way. M.I. had a blue bugeye as well that someone bought yesterday and i think they charged more for that one bc of a little lower miles but it CLEARLY had a rough life. they openly said they had to replace the trans and rear diff to the guy who bought it, the rear driver's 1/4 panel had a dent and exposed metal, the rear bumper was chewed up like someone put a boot on it everyday to tie it, the gauge overlay just wasnt for me, the interior had chunks missing off the center console and just other little imperfections that made it not worth it to me. Did have nice looking exhaust on it tho, i must say that. I also heard the owner sayin he would help the buyer w/ some of the problems so at least he was open with him. The one we picked up, like i said in my previous post does need some new tires. they aren't bald but do need replacing. Its even wear across all of them which is a good sign.

so trade him. but it has a dent in the trunk. and another on the 1/4 panel, and another on the fender, and paint chips, and it just made me sad someone would let a subaru get to that point of roughness. :emo:
I asked how much he paid for it- and he showed me some of the imperfections. It was dark so it was hard to see.
In the cities. It was only a few minutes from the dealer really, it was the one right next to a noodles and company.
she got new rubbas today!!!!! we blew out the passenger side rear the other night. guess too much slideways action through the deep powder and she popped off the bead and got a hole in the rear side wall of the tire so the purchasing new tires came even sooner... lol. now to talk her into needing a turbo upgrade (39 or 34), exhaust, injectors, etc. and decide on some wheels for summer. Thinkin of these for summer.... OR
i thought you said she didn't care much for all the performance or fancy stuff on the car? why are you spending the money on rims and turbo upgrades now??? Anyways, those pink face rims with chrome lip looks sweet. for a girl, i'd def go that route.
No sir it was not. We have not hit anything with it, so to answer the other question, Suspension is 100% fine. it needed new tires as it was and it being bounced around in the snow and with the cold the AAA guy said he fixed a few tires that had popped off the bead and when it did, it punctured a hole in the rear sidewall getting it to a safe place to try to change out to the spare. (there wasnt anything to lift the jack with so i called AAA and let them do it) It's not going to be this week, or even this month... semi-near future, maybe. She likes rims and PINK. there is numerous months till the snow is gone, we are simply posting the items we've gave consideration and the rims would NOT go on until summer and clean roads. She doesn't say she needs any upgrades... i drive the car too, and like i told you before, i'd be the one mostly enjoying the mods. it doesnt need any mods at all, it doesnt need to be fast, we have my wrx for that! :biggrin: AND, we saved so much on this one owner, appears to have always been stock one over others... that there's money left to do what we want with it. id rather get one thats stock and if/when she wants more power parts, i put them on. we even found mail from the original florida owner under the seat :laugh: its all pga golf stuff.
top rims are badass... For a chics car that is! Nice pick up on the car! Excited to see it around canal
yeah i'm thinkin the 5 spoke ones would be sweet on it w the all pink badges and other stuff she wants to get. we're looking for pink gauges too. i'd rock pink rims, dont think they'd really go with my yellow but idc. maybe when i get sick of my rims i have. and on seeing it in canal.... it will probably stay home when we come down there, bc we'll most likely be taking mine... :biggrin:
Haha, true true... I am working on a little something of my own... So, maybe you wont be alone down there. Pink and yellow might be a little bit of a conflict on the color wheel too. Congrats again, very nice looking find!
