3 sauces I can't live without - Sriracha, Frank's Red Hot and Cholula. Each has it's own general application but I enjoy kan hazzing sauce fusion at every meal. Discuss.
I like the Chipotle sauce from Tabasco. Its not very hot, but the smoky flavor is good on many things. And I'll give you a big plus on the Sriracha.

famous daves devil spit and sweet and sassy, sriracha, cholula (especially in spaghetti o's) all have a usual sopt in my house.
I'm with Soupy. Sriracha adorns almost every dinner table. Cholula is a must for a good breakfast omelet.
