THE SUBARU MOVIE.....(Brain Storming)

Hey guys in the offical firestone thread, Somehow we got to a point where we thought about making a SUBARU movie with everyone's car. Take a minute and think about a good scean or somthing that we could do some time after meeting up at firstone...That would be tons of fun, and try to think of somthing that would somehow inculde eveyone's car, and I have a couple of friends with civics, I can possibley get them so we can play a funny scean on them... I don't think they'll mind.....

we should just do a video compilation. a bucnh of short clips from different meets

WORD! How about a shot of me pulling up onto Chux front tire? :mrgreen:

 

We'll make it starting out with the old schools. Mudding and the like. Then we'll move on through the years to the new ones. We'll also include videos from meets and so forth to show the size of the members and participation. We gotta get some racing videos too i.e. auto crossing, road race.

YA!

I am going to work on building some camera mounts for in the cars. I am going to look into it at class tomarrow.

Scooby scrap book video! I think for starter we could just take video of events we participate in. I always wanted to do profile video's of each driver in action. And if you guys want to really get crazy about making a entertaining video, we can make "MNSCOOBY DOES RA, OR MAM OR BIR!" LOL

We should also make a video of everyone driving by the camera and put it on the home page. Might take to long.

 

Man, this is going to be real tight, I can already see it, like on other movies....The camara would move around the car and the owner would be next to it and like it pause at the person and like next to him it woudl put all his info...and at the end of the info writing it would be like ur nick name...Man, that would be so cool...but probebly a littl pricy for those types of effects...

 

Considering how long I have been doing motorsports, I would personally pay to have an exclusive done on myself just for old times to have something to reflect back on. And it would be alot of fun. I can ask some of my cinematography friends if they would be interested other wise I know we have alot of talented people on this forum. Or everyone that is interested in doing an exclusive could chip in some $$$ and make something happen. Another good resource is Damian, he does alot of stuff with videos and has a bunch of great videos of himself at many events.

If I'm not back in town by then, I could send out some videos taken of me already, I know of a bunch you could use.

Hey guys....I might be posting a link to some videos in about a week or so me and some of my friends will be meeting up at the local go-kart track over here in Iceland and I´d be more than happy to show you what were doing over here I´ve already been there twice and it´s hella-fun doing slides in tight corners and 2nd gear slides in the bigger and wider turns. There will be JDM STI´s and WRX´s along with some other cars I´ll keep you posted

 

I have some of the rally cars that can be chopped up. This was the show off thing at highway 101 and 10 from last year.
