I started a charity this year to help educate children in Thailand in an effort to help them avoid having to work in notoriously exploitative "industries" in Bangkok. It's called The Nonsomboon Project and anything you can give will go a long way to helping these kids avoid the brothels and the slums. http://www.thenonsomboonproject.org/ Thank you for your consideration. -Jonathan
Your a good man! More people need to take interest in helping others...all over the world, not just here at home. Thank you for caring enough to do this! Donated...God Bless you and your organization for your efforts!
Donation complete! That kid reminds me of myself back in the day, boogers and all. Thanks for doing this pal!
Thank you all for your support. I know I barely know anyone on here in real life, so your support for me and this project--and especially these children--is so appreciated. It's hard for me to express all of this gratitude. It's even more difficult to express to my board members what a Minnesota Subaru club is doing dominating the list of donors, or what a Subaru club really is! Haha! So thank you, Blu, and Bikerboy, and Musashi. Spread the word on this forum and maybe we can raise enough money to get a canteen built that doesn't fail Thai health code standards (which are lax enough already). And if anyone is interested in volunteering, you can find us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/TheNonsomboonProject I'll be updating there often, and when we're ready to start distributing volunteer applications, you'll be the first to know.
Your quite welcome and i'll be praying for you and the rest of the group that you may reach your financial goals. We are very thankful for your dedication to making this world a little bit better on a daily basis. Nonsomboon Project is a blessing!
