I'm going for something that might be impossible but if all goes well i should be able to get it done. i as of right now have a bare block. I have to assemble it yet and put it back in the car, then get a base tune, then put 500 miles on it by the 21st of April which is the day of my dyno appt. I have every single part i could need being that i have done the build before. Im just hoping that i can get it done. The motor should be assembled by saturday and in on sunday. Any one else think this is plausible?
LOL, I did it in 3 days. Crapped out an EJ22T on a Tuesday, picked up the EJ257 from the dealership on Wednesday, assembled it in my garage with Ben and Brian from the dealership Thursday night and Friday. Then drove it 500 miles Friday night through Saturday morning when the tuner was in town.
haha good that gives me some faith. Ill probably pull an all-nighter tonight and get the motor assembled.
