We are thinking of going to Chicago for a weekend. I am sure there are a few of you out there that have spent some time there. I am looking for some suggestions of things to do that would be fun. What is you list of top three things to do while you are there?

Food, Tours, Clubs, Parks? Anything that might be fun post up!!

Most people I know think this is extremely boring, but I love the architecture boat tours. I also usually go to the top of the sears tower or whatever they call it these days. The Shedd aquarium is fun too.

You can spend most of the day around millennium park and the surrounding museum. Navy pier and Willis (Sears) tower for a view of the city. At night you can swing by John Hancock center for a drink or dinner on the higher floor for a nice view over the Chicago.

Hit up China town if you have time for some authentic Chinese food!!!!

Don't forget to bring change to pay for toll........ and don't speed ;)

Funny you say that, we are planning to bring our jet ski's so we can do our own tour and I can cross another body of water off my list.

    John thanks for the tips!

Deegee planning on hanging with Jorge so I am sure he will point us there.

    Keep them coming folks!!

This. I'm a huge Dick's Last Resort fan. Great times to be had there. The Aquarium is nice for sure. If you fancy yourself a good runner, you can head down Michigan Ave to the Walgreens and tease the homeless guy out front. I didn't have any money to give him, so I gave him a smoke and he said something about "you gonna help me die but you wont help me live!?" and the chase was on. China town is fun as mentioned, but I got lost there and had to buy a map to get out. Be careful around bridges you can't see the other side of, the seagulls like to hang out on the blind side and you will plow into them hard if you are going too fast.

"Michigan Ave to the Walgreens and tease the homeless guy out front." LOL

Last time I was there for work and we were walking back to a parking ramp around 3AM and I was getting hit up for money by a homeless man and my buddy was getting propositioned by a hooker, simultaniously! Ahhh Chicago

it's been many years since I've been to chicago (not just driven through it...). But I always liked the Museum of Science and Industry down there.
