since I had this car I've had three coolant leak from three different area. It's a EJ20 swap into a GC8 still running on RS radiator and hoes.. well on my way to work this morning i was running late i decided to hit the gas and do 70 all the way as soon as i was doing 70 for about 5sec there was fluids coming out of my left hood vent spraying all over my left windshield i slow down and monitor the temp gauge all the way to work...as i pull into the work garage I pop the hood and notice coolant was all over my engine bay, what a mess...Ima have to figure this one out when i get home... "The moral of the story is once one hoes starts to go its time to replace all them hoes..." btw anyone know's where i can find some samco radiator hoes for a good price???
Hmmm...my car used to leak coolant, only when I'm on the highway. The temperture goes up but then it doesn't overheat and then it'll drop back to normal. I'll pull over to check the radiator and it's usually empty. I replaced the thermostat and that solved the problem.
