Those of you that have sold a catless car

What did you mark on the title?

Were you honest and said that the pollution control system was removed, or did you just agree with the buyer and mark it as the system is intact and functioning.

 

intact...if not you are going to have to pay...

 

We marked intact, but I never told them that it was catless. I just said it had full aftermarket exhaust.

 

Err, I traded mine into a dealership who turned around and sold it to some other guy without adding the cat back to it :ugh:

 

i said it was intact.

 

I have never sold a catless car, but i'm pretty sure I'd go with option b.

 

I say you make it easier on yourself so you dont have to lie.... come see me I will swap your stuff onto my car and my stuff onto your car then you can tick the 'everything functions correctly box'... ha ha ha
