So recently my car has been making wierd metal scraching noises whenever I've got the car in neutral and let the clutch off. If I apply a little bit of pressure on the clutch pledal the noise goes away. My feeling is that it's the throw-out bearing but I'm not sure. I had the clutch replaced less then a year ago with subaru and was wondering if these types of things have a warrenty? Also if this thing goes bad for real, what would the consequences be? Any advice or help trying to figure out what this noise could be would be awsome.

It's a 94 imprezaL FWD. If it's the bearing going bad that's not good huh? I'd have no idea where to start to replace it. Eric or Brian, you guys know if there's a warrenty that goes along with a clutch replacement from less then a year ago?

Subaru one year from date of install, unlimited miles, and depending on condition and or outside influences.
