I have a pair of Thule 751xt bars that I bought hoping to use on my forester. Well they don't work. They will fit vehicles with a factory rack that sticks up off the roof, such as WRX's, and just about every factory rack other than Forester and legacy's. They are nice and solid when installed (I tried them on my wife's Explorer), and I think they look nicer than most aftermarket setups. They are in great condition. $125
Just measured it. Over all width is about 50", with about 47" of usable bar. The clamps should fit factory rails from about 33.5" to 43.5" apart.
