    He probably shot a video of himself "untying" his shoe by shaking it around, and played it backwards to make it look like he tied it. He made it look convincing though.

    two long shoe laces hang from your pant leg. your shoe remains tied and tucked under your pants. shake your shoes like your going to do something magical... then pull the two laces under your slack, lift your pant just enough to let the tied ends fall... presto. bored kids magic trick.

    or he couldve been a great director and cut this movie up to make it look like he tied his shoe.
