Are you really looking for something that extensive?? That is a amateur/pro camera. I've got a Canon s5000 and am AMAZED at it's capabilities. It's a 5mp camera, and it takes amazing pictures, and it's super fast. It's on ebay now, and my sis just bought one for like $150 or something dollars.
