I checked out the Shops page and Tintmasters in Burnsville might be the closest Anyone know of any other tint shops nearby Apple Valley or else the St.Paul area? I only need driver and passenger front done and the upper front windshield Just wondering what tint shops you go to otherwise ive seen some shops on university

Do tell... I see SOOO many cars around with 35% tint or even darker... I have a theory that if you're busted for your tint, you were either doing something else wrong or your car draws the wrong kind of attention (mods, color, etc). Pics with the tint?
Any local place around here, or the Chris mentioned above able to tint windshields as well? If I go tint, Its all or nothing. I want 50% all the way around including the windshield. Someone let me know! Thanks, Adam
Ziebart in fridley is a good place. The guy charges 150 for tint and 150 for the hood, pillars and fenders for the clear bra.
Last I thought the windshild is not allowed in MN........I had mine done by Sun Control. 50% on the four doors and 35% on the back window, kinda wished I did 35% on the four doors.... o well looks nice tho.
I called em a while ago and they can do windshield for ya As long as you sign an agreement understanding its illegal I believe
We had a car that we took here. It was around $300 total for everything but the windsheild. We also did 1 shade darker than legal and you just sign something that says that you know it is illegal.
Looking forward to getting a clearbra and some 35% on the sides and rear for sure. Boo for heat and black leather. I'll look chris up when the time comes!
+1 for Chris. REAL fair price and does excellent work. Honest guy to work with - helps you pick the right stuff. I did 45% on the fronts, 35% rears, and 20% on the moonroof (05 Outback XT). Looks excellent (pics later). Strangely, the moonroof on the OB had even LESS factory tint (79%) than all the other windows (~74%). No wonder I cook in the midday sun. No more!
probably my gold wheels, but it's always in the country side and never city... they have nothing better to do. well i had to redo mine anyway.
Another huge round of applause for Chris, he does a great job. Friendly, great work, easy to schedule.... Last night he installed another tint strip in the rally car for us!!!!
