    Tintmasters featured in "Restyling" Magazine

We are pretty excited to see our article in the December 2008 "Restyling" magazine. It has been about 2 months in the making, and a fun experience to see how an article is created in all of the magazines we see.

Feel free to check out the article in digital form by going to the following link:

    http://digital.restylingmag.com/restyling/200812/

Click on "Pages" at the top of the opening page and you will see the start of a 6 page spread on the way right (fourth row down). Click on that page and you will be able to cycle through the article from there.

Thanks to Tony Swartz for the use of his vehicle, and for everyone of our customers that has supported us throughout the past years!

 I saw that too. I wonder how they stack up against YOKOHAMA R888's on something like a Chevy Mustang or Ford Camaro?

Cool article otherwise! Love that you guys have a dedicated Subaru section!

^It is sitting in the back of the shop still waiting on the motor that was sent out like 3 years ago.

Nice job TM guys! Thanks for the sweet Ipikes, they rock!

The joys of having someone do an article that knows absolutely nothing about the automotive industry. I had to walk him through the entire interview (Veilside is 1 word, Seibon is spelt like this "XXXXX"....It took about 2-3 hours for that phone interview)

We don't know exactly what is going on with the build. Another one of our good customers/friends sent his out about a year after ours was sent out and he is stuck with the same bulls$!t. Dan at DPR is the one that is 'supposedly' doing the build, but we are assuming he is either out of money and subcontracting, or selling our build(s) to someone more known in the automotive world (aka Puerto Rico). Shane plans to take a flight out to California after autostart season and grab everything and ship it all back and go from their. This was supposed to be our big footprint in the Subaru world in the summer of 2006. After Godspeed screwed us over, it went to DPR....where it has been for 2 years now. This is a very expensive and intricate build, but not a total of 3 years worth. We still have a 06' STi sitting in the shop with like 4.5 miles on the odometer.... To twist the knife further, Shane has received letters from Subaru telling him that his 'factory warranty is about to expire' on a car he has NEVER driven. It was trailered from Muscatell Subaru to our shop Nov 2005, and motor was out and shipped by Jan 06'. Pretty sad really. :emo:
