tire shopping- advise needed

    hey guys, a friend of mine is looking for a good traction tire to put on her mini-van.....anyone else own of these these?

    any suggestions on where to go? (keeping a budget of 400 in mind)

    215/70/15 is the size she needs...

    just looking for advise on type of tire and where to go.

    If they're looking for a great traction all season, I'd take a good look at the Nokian WR. In that size, I think they'll be right around that budget IIRC. Greer Enterprises would be the people to call, I believe they're the distributor for the few places around here that carry Nokians. They're based out of Milwaukee and they've got great pricing on tires. Their phone number is (414) 545-2296.

    Thanks guys....called on the suggestions, ended up going with the Discount Tire offer....309 out the door with some pretty good tires.
