I was driving up 35w/35 this morning when I came up behind a new deep red Forester with Morries drive off plates. whoever this person is, they are either not aware of the fact that the DRL's and dash lights come on automatically but the other running lights do not or would rather not be seen. I would think that 6:25~ am is probably early enough to warrant lights? Please turn all of your lights on! other people would like to see you!
