I asked in the other thread, and I'll ask here too... Is there any chance that any cars will be staying after the 4:30 end time? I work till 5 and tonka is right on my way home! In past years, have some cars stuck around later?
you can get off at rigdedale road or plymouth road, make your way to the north frontage road and turn right if from plymouth rd or left if from ridgedale road
it's right between plymouth and ridgedale roads on the north frontage road, pretty easy and you can see the subaru sign from the freeway
I work right on nicollet and 6th basically, at the RBC plaza... had I not read this, I probably would have wondered wtf a bunch of Subaru's are doing there.
Well, I work in Wayzata...I am usually done by 4...but Wednesday is stupid inventory day...arghhh, I gotta fly outta there!!!
I can see 2 08 Sti's and an older RS right now from the 29th floor at my desk. Red and Blue STi so far lined up, and the street is closed off.
Not good but you guys should be able to use the old bakers square lot and the one behind matress giant.
well there were only 4 cars on nicolette today, not sure if there were anymore planning on going to toka...
I headed down to Nicolette this afternoon, pretty sweet (Got my pic with Pinker and Durant) I talked with one of the guys who worked with PR for the Rally. He mentioned that the X-Games was really hard on the cars so a lot didn't make it to the event. I specifically asked if Pastrana was gonna be at the Morries event and he said he wouldn't, and that he was gonna make it to Bemidji just in time for registration tomorrow. So I wouldn't count on any more cars being at tonka
Sweet! It was fun and yeah there were four cars but, the guys were fun to talk too. They were super nice and they had some good stories. It sure seems like these guys put alot into it to do what they do. They put in some long hours on race day with very little sleep. Oh, yeah I got "the cowboy" and Pinker to autograph the inside of my trunk. Pinker said that my white color Subaru is the best he's seen. which is good because my stock wrx motor is nothing to talk about compared to any of the other cars there
