Update 5/21 - *New parts added to bottom of post* Now considering reasonable offers on larger items. I'm selling off my stash of parts I've accumulated for my 2.0 2003 wrx w/ 5mt. Thanks for looking. TD04HL-16g hybrid turbo. This thing has the Japanese td04 hotside (larger than U.S. td04) and is mated to a 16g compressor wheel in a larger compressor housing with everything but compressor outlet ported & polished. It was rebuilt approx 4,000 miles ago by FP and has zero shaft play whatsoever. I bought it and like most of the parts in this thread, changed my mind and never ran it. For those curious about performance, it would go VF3x < this hybrid turbo < 16g. Unlike IHI series turbos, this thing can be completely rebuilt. Here's an interesting thread about the Japanese Td04hl (keep in mind the turbo in the thread has a MUCH smaller compressor than the one I'm selling. Cliff notes: the guy used Airboys spreadsheet to calc around 280hp/280tq - post 113). http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1213890&page=5&highlight=td04hl Asking $425 obo. Note - not shown are water & oil hardlines which ARE included w/ turbo. STI TMIC - one of the BPV threads has started to strip & there's a dent on the side of the IC - $150 SSAC TMIC w/ spacer glued so you can use your stock BPV - $125 Unknown brand stainless catless uppipe - $30 GENOME axle back - the best sounding exhaust made for the WRX hands down - $250. How many miles is on the. Genome rear axle? Someone need to pickup it, its too bad I don't have a bugeye.
Genome axle back There's < 24,000 miles on the Genome. It looks very dirty in the pic, but is in pretty good shape. As far as you not having a bugeye - you can always have the flange rewelded for it. The sound of the Genome is the sound of Subarus making sweet, sweet love on a Sunday afternoon. The sound of this exhaust has been scientifically proven to cure cancer. Also, thanks to all who have expressed interest so far, I've tried to pm everyone back who have messaged me.
And cure diabetes and ingrown toenails, cook supper, distill and age 18 year old whisky in 2 days, alter time and speed up the harvest! Bump for a sweet exhaust. (If it didn't sell at Firestone tonite.)
Bump for new parts added today. Will also start considering REASONABLE offers on larger items - looking to sell locally before I start selling on Nasioc.
Would the axle back fit a 2000 2.5RS stock exhaust system? Looking at getting that WRX/STI sound on my car. Thanks
From what I understand, the axle back would have to have the flange rewelded to fit pre '02 cars. Can anyone confirm?
Which tmic are you talking about? If you're using a STI tmic on a wrx, you'll need a longer TB coupler and different elbow for it to bolt up like stock. Otherwise you can bolt up one mount and leave the other unmounted if you don't get those different hoses. For the SSAC, I bought it from Mike Wagner - he told me he ran it using only one mount as the other mount didn't line up directly but never had any issues only running one mount.
I am interested in the Genome. I will see how my bank account is looking after the weekend. If things are good I want it!
