Towing 2.5RS (5MT) on dolly

    Simply put, is this possible? 2001 RS 5 speed.

    It probably needs to be a 4 wheel dolly

    you can use a 2 wheel dolly, ONLY if you disconnect the driveshaft. flatbed trailers are just easier

    I never disconnected the driveshaft when we put my car on dollys. As long as no wheels are on the ground I don't see how it can be harmful.

    Yup just gunna do that. I need it all day Saturday which means picking it up Friday (tomorrow) and dropping it off Sunday. I'm not sure how they're going to feel about that.

    different kind of dolly. a tow dolly leaves the back 2 wheels on the ground.

    rear half of the driveshaft isn't too difficult to pull, though.

    Trailer was found. No need to worry about the dolly situation any more.
