trip to the north shore

my girl and i went to the north shore a while back and ive been holding out till i could edit these but i still dont have any programs so here are some stock photos. some are really dusty.

nice shots, ill be going up there for Halloween, although I don't have a cute girlfriend to go with me :-(

 

i had never seen gooseberry falls. it was a lot of fun and i plan on going back up in the spring to see it when its roaring

 

I love the falls pictures if only there were not people in them. I have always loved B and w photos.

it is amazing to see in the winter too.

when i stopped there one year there were a bunch of people ice climbing all over the falls.

looked like fun.

 

Looks great like always! A few of my buddys just got back from climbing there!

 

I like the B&W, do you also have some in color being that its fall colors? I really need to take a trip up there to see it myself. Thanks and awsome job with them pictures.

unfortunately for people who wanted to see color pics thats a no. i didnt take any that whole day. ive been giving myself limitations for when i go shooting to keep my work consistant to my theme. it also gives me a reason not to change some settings or to try new ways to work with the photo. its kinda like loosing one of your senses. the others all highten because you are focusing on other things. i was more worried about perspective than color and line was a bit part of some of my photos. like this one.

if i had wanted to look for colors i would have totally missed this amazing shot!
