    You can probably get it for about 1500. I have seen people make some power with those ebay turbos.

    Yep, but the turbo looks new still, so you'd probably be fine running it for a while. A new GT35R is around 1500. So you'd still be doing pretty well considering what this kit costs new. Beware Perrin fitment.
