I bought some Turbo Keychains for my buddies and I, and people flaked out...go figure. They spin when you blow into them, and have some decent weight to them. $10
Hmmm... wonder how long that would last before I destroy it. I've got $10 on finding out. For some reason I thought you were down in the Eagan area. Planning on being up here any time soon?
it works good for none turbos, you just open up your window, and blow on it when passing by. lol jk, been looking at one on turbojunky.
Dibs on one for me as well. Let us know when you're coming up to the cities. Surly, I may require you to pick one up for me as well and I'll get you back next time we meet, if you don't mind.
I'll be up next week for sure. Just waiting on confirmation from the Girlfriend when it'll be. Might be up to Canterbury this Saturday as well.
If it's the same one as in the youtube videos where they hook it up to an air compressor and send 20+ psi through it... then pretty damn good! I'll take one if you have any left.
never been down to mystic for their seafood night, is it any good? im down for coming down there to pick one up, maybe get some diner
I have 8 left. So far I have SurlyOldMan Readymix WRC10 RexNeffect idget BurtonBoy BugIedIzzy Is that everyone so far?
Easily the coolest thing I've ever put on a keychain. Only downside is after a while of residing in your pocket or wherever you keep your keys, it starts to look pretty worn after a while. Still badass!
These are pretty sweet. The Mrs. already tried (and failed) to poach one. Should have let me buy her the real turbo...
These things suck, I tried installing it but it just keeps falling into my uppipe. Does anyone have any tips on how they got theirs in? Do I need to buy some kind of reducer for the exhaust piping to make it fit correctly?
You probably don't have the correct flange. From the pictures it looks like it might be a T-0.0025 sized housing.
Wait. There's no hotside. YOu'll need to source one for this application. It looks like your typical Garrett compressor side, measure the rear passthrough diameter and see if they can cast you one.
