Turbo?

    A buddy of mine ruined his turbo from the kit he bought on Turbokits.com.
    http://turbokits.com/impreza_turbo_kits.html I was wondering if anyone had a turbo laying around that would suit his kit instead of him paying out his behind for a new one.

    You can get a new Garrett T25 from Import Performance Parts for 600 bucks.

    I believe the GT28RS uses the same type of mounting as the T25. It would probably give you some more power.

    Thanks to all! I'm the friend who had a blown turbo.

    I had my turbo repaired by Diesel Compent services inc. in Burnsville. Its running great.

    :laugh: true true....I think he may have been full of it....Just rebuilt the motor, but it smoked and he didn't know what was wrong with it. :roll:

    I wouldn't have taken out of the driveway if it was doing that.

    Different gearing and you would've probably taken me
