i never thought about painting the tapes...but it looks pretty dam nice!

 

are the header pipes ceramic coated?

Very, very nice. I bet you paid more for the layers of wrap than you did the headers!

 

Thanks, the headers are Stainless Steel, but not ceramic coated, and it was close, but the headers were just a bit more expensive,

 

what did you coat the pipes with? you realize the gas flowing through there is 1250 degrees F average right?

I know, its 1500*F High temp engine paint, both under and over the wrap.

things usually happen after 10, so u can get there around 10, if we get enough people we'll go somewhere. it was really dead last year, so i dont know about this year, so i cant garentee you people will be there. and if u dont know nobody there then it would be better to bring a friend or 2 with ya, or u can just go talk to them, but u need to let them see what kind of car u got, so that they will gain interest to talk to u.
