Then you sir have no sense of humor. I don't think he is driving either, but it's still funny to see.
I think he actually is driving. Now sure the game correct some, but for the most part, he's doing it. Watch his body language and how he moves. He does seem to initiate the turns, not just simple hanging onto the wheel. He does seem to start and hold corners under his own force. The oscillation near the end was mostly the wheel, but he's too weak to really control that.
