Note: Intake camshafts are setup for non AVCS operation. If running AVCS, you must completely remove the four set screws located in the front of each intake cam (dowel pin side) using a 2.5mm Allen wrench. This will allow oil to actuate the Active Valve Control System.

I actually got mine beginning of 07 , just haven't installed them yet...

 

I called BC in 2006 and had an order placed. They shipped me something they called WRX cams...except there were only 2 of them and they were for an inline 4 (honest packaging mistake I thought)......had been on their waiting list of WRX since then...called in January to be taken off the list as they once again told me "6 weeks til we make our first one"...for like the 12th time.

Now that they have them in stock, i'll have to give them a try I think as they have good product at a good price

 

from my memories...I beleive there use to be 2 companies...Brian Crower and Crower...I believe it was a Father & Son company...made in US and the other is international...I believe they are both as one now...

 

n00b question - how do these benefit a user with an otherwise stock motor? Seems to me that if you're going to install these you're on the precipice of dropping some major coin into t3h injun. A Category 5 slippery slope.
