So I am a freshman at the University of North Dakota and I have noticed quite a bit of subies rollin around. Just wondering if any of you go to this school with subies or just in the area and if you guys have any meets in the area, or I would love to get something started. Fargo and GF have a bunch of Subarus. In Grand Forks, I believe they ussually have some meets at night at Tintmasters. Then a couple other places. Fargo has a bigger group, also typically have meets/cruises at TM on Friday nights.
Jake, I drive an 05 SWP LGT up here. I'm currently a senior going for ATC. I have seen you around a bit here and there. I have reason to believe that your STi is parked behind the Delta Upis... something or other frat? I believe it was yours at least.. not too many people up here have WRB STis with red flaps. Definitely caught my eye.
Very nice.. well I don't know if you like to do engine work.. but I have TGV deletes coming next week that need to be put in. I'm trying to find a garage I can work in.. otherwise it's going to be some street workin'.
haha yea I'm in the same boat, I've got a little boost leak somewhere and I need a tune before winter...but all my tools are at home. If you need a hand I am more than happy to help but I am very new to these motors, I am used to working on dirt bikes and snowmobiles which are NA haha, turbos I am still learning.
I will see what I do around that time. I just realized I will be driving to LaCrosse, Wisconsin the weekend prior to that for Octoberfest.. we will see what the wallet has to say about driving to Bismarck.
If youre around on Sat the 12th you should come down to the street drags at the local track. Only a 300' deal but its still pretty fun...normally a few subies from the area come out...hopefully new clutch is in and broken in by then

The WRB STI that is always in the Park Rapids area with ND plates doesn't happen to be lerking in this thread do they? I have seen them a few times this summer.
I know exactly where you were! Would drive by all the time on the way to the wellness and think 'dang that's a nice looking legacy' - then saw the MNSubaru sticker. Was always curious who it was.
