So I called the shop today and he said that his estimate is at 8300$ WOW...So as of now I decided to buy back the car asumming they sell it to me at a reasonable price...So i have posted up lookin for an impreza....Other then that i was lookin into different ideas...I looked up how much getting the door my self and takin it to a cheap shop is also an option..YES the car might look like Sh#@ but still...it would b drivable...

The only thing that actully has me wondering is this...I took the car to Abra becasue supposbley it one of American Family insurance's "Trusted" shops...and yet they are sending someone to look at it again tommorow, when I spoke to the guy at the shop he didn't seem to happy about it...could it b that he is overchargin..or something....or is the guy from AFI just going take final look at the car????.....Im still in a shady area...so we'll c...

He tried to explain to me that subaru is a "uni-frame" meaning that yes the whole thing is damged...but to be honest with u I don''t think so...So we'll c...I just hope they don't try to charge me too much to buy it back...from what i understand they usually sell the car back at about 15-25% of its value...

Hmmmm....Well what do u guys think...I am defentily buying the car back...But I can't decide...my options are (1) I buy a door and take it to a friends shop for a ****ty job of putting the the door on..or lets not say ****ty..just basically something so I can drive the car....or (2) Look for an L and swap EVERYTHING into it...This is wat I want but I can't b out of a car for long.....

WOULD anyone like to do the complete swap for me...if So shoot me a price so I have an idea...

SO basically i'll get u my wrecked wrx and a GC and all u have to do is SWAP EVERYTHING...or as much as possible..at least the engine and tranny and drivetrain...

    Do the swap!!!

Open your door and take a couple pictures of your b-pillar, and sill under the door. Then do the same thing on the other side of the car, and you should see a difference. Once the tub is shot, you might as well just buy something new.

So, buy the car back, find a car of your choice with UBER high miles, dead motor/trans is a plus. You are looking for a good clean chassis. Craigslist is crawling with them right now. Swap it all, and be done with it!

Do you currently have a loan on the car? If so, what is the balance? What is your insurance deductable?

Got pics of the damage? If your car is bent, bring it to me and we can give you a price on getting it straight enough to drive. I will tell you honestly what it will take to keep it on the road or if you should swap it over. Howie at Centerline 651-487-9492
