uppipe w/ or w/o bung, and why?

    Basically I was wondering why some people recommend getting the uppipes without the egt bung. I've been researching up's lately and some real world experience would be helpful :) thanks!

    If you get an uppipe with a bung and put the stock EGT back in, eventually it will probably fail and you will throw the P0546 trouble code and end up in limp mode.

    An uppipe without a bung and one of those 50 cent resistors (2.2k ohm, 1/2 W) from Radio Shack just does an end run around all of this. No downside whatsoever.
